Yesterday, our office in Phuket hosted a unique event organized by Undersun Estate. This event marked an innovative step for the island’s real estate market. Typically, developers invite agencies, but this time we decided to change the format and take the initiative ourselves. The goal of the meeting was not only to present a market analysis but also to create an open dialogue between key industry players.
Key Highlights of the Event
The event began with a presentation by our Sales Director, Bogdan Dyachuk, who shared up-to-date information on the current state and future prospects of Phuket's real estate market. Special attention was given to changes in buyer preferences and new trends shaping the market in recent months.
Next, Alexei Kravtsov, an international judge of the Thai Arbitration Court (TAI), presented the three main reasons for losing court cases related to real estate and construction. His speech garnered significant interest as it addressed real issues faced by companies in this field.
The event concluded with a presentation by Alice Serkina, Sales Manager from LexLawPhuket, who discussed current land purchase requests from major European investors, highlighting the risks and challenges that may arise during the deal process. Her practical advice and experience provided a valuable addition to the market overview presented at the event.
