Bogdan Dyachuk is the co-founder and CEO of Undersun Estate, a Phuket real estate agency. He spent over 10 years leading marketing and sales at Microsoft, Samsung and MSI, and today he builds the company on direct developer relationships and access to closed market analytics. Before real estate, Bogdan spent more than a decade running marketing and sales for global corporations — Microsoft, Samsung and MSI — working with large budgets, complex products and demanding markets where results are measured in numbers, not promises. As a co-founder of the Phuket Property Association — the island's largest Russian-speaking real estate community — Bogdan maintains direct relationships with developers and access to closed market analytics. For clients, that means properties and terms not always available on the open market, and decisions based on real market data rather than guesswork. Today Bogdan, together with his partners, sets the company's strategy and makes sure service standards hold in every deal, from the first enquiry to the handover of keys.
