Purita Phuket Bangtao Presale: Condos from THB 7.7M with 50% Payable on Handover

Sales have launched at Purita Phuket Bangtao, a new residential development by CG Capital next to Boat Avenue in Bang Tao. What makes it worth a closer look is the combination of location, price, space and specification. Apartments start from 56.4 sq m and THB 7.7 million and are delivered with furniture and appliances. Half of the price can be paid on handover.

For comparison, in another project that launched nearby the same week, one-bedroom apartments of a similar size are priced 27–32% higher. Against that background, Purita's launch price deserves attention.

The launch discount depends on the unit type and ranges from THB 300,000 to 800,000. The promotional package also includes one year of concierge service.

Payment plan: half of the price on handover

The payment terms spread the cost conveniently over time: 50% is paid during construction and the remaining 50% on handover. Completion is scheduled for November 2028.

Rental potential and capital growth
