Pruksa opens its Phuket projects to international buyers. Business event for agents — 6 August

One of Thailand's largest developers is entering Phuket's international buyer market for the first time. On 6 August, Pruksa — together with Undersun Estate, the master agent for the projects on the island — is holding a closed-door session for agents and brokers. The main goal: give the island's teams everything they need to start selling Pruksa projects first.

About the developer

Pruksa Real Estate has operated since 1993 and ranks among Thailand's largest residential developers. The company has delivered more than 300,000 homes and is traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand within Pruksa Holding (SET: PSH). Its focus is townhouses, detached and semi-detached homes, and condominiums.

This is the developer's first move toward Phuket's international buyer. For the island's agents, that means an early entry into projects the market barely knows yet.

Plant Pruksa (Thalang, Thepkasattri Rd corridor) — detached houses under Pruksa's flagship brand. For living and long-term rental. From 120 sqm, from THB 4.75M.

Pruksa Ville Thalang (Thalang, Thepkasattri Rd) — single-storey semi-detached homes. An accessible format for owner-occupancy and long-term rental. 90 sqm, from THB 4.3M.

The Palm Kathu-Patong (Kathu, ~8 km to Patong) — hillside homes between Kathu and Patong, upper-mid segment. Your own home 15 minutes from the island's main tourist hub. 292 sqm, from THB 15.9M.
