The seminar Property Trend & Legal Guide in Phuket 2026, organized by the respected platform Thai Real Estate Business School (TREBS), took place at Pearl Hotel Phuket and brought together around 150 real estate professionals.

The program featured not only leading real estate professionals, but also representatives of the public sector, including the Governor of Phuket, experts from the BOI (Thailand Board of Investment), and representatives of the Immigration Office.

 
In a live discussion format, participants explored:

• current conditions for obtaining long-term visas;

• proper structuring and registration of ownership rights.
